The Opening Ceremony represent the official start of the 2022 Jr. and U23 World Championship. It will take place in Størenslunden park at 18:00, Sunday the 20th of February.

• Parking is available at Brandbu ungdomsskole (address: Jens Røislies veg 2, 2760 Brandbu).
• During the parade of nations, each delegation is led by a sign with the name of their nation, and by their flagbearer. You will march into the stadium in alphabetic order.
• Please meet at 17:30 at Brandbu ungdomsskole. You will be guided to lineup for the parade.
• A shuttle bus will be available to and from Størenslunden for those interested.

Registration

We kindly ask each delegation to register number of participants to the opening ceremony by Tuesday the 15th of February. Please use this site  to reply to  with number of participants and number of participants in need of a shuttle bus. We also understand if your delegation is unable to be represented at the ceremony. In that case, an alternative sign- and flagbearer will be organized.

Please note: Because of Covid-regulations, there may be changes in number of representatives allowed from each delegation. You will be notified if that affects your delegation.
