INVITATION EQUINOR NC PARA – FIS PARA NORDIC

💥Competition Venue Information
Nes ski og sykkelanlegg, Kampåvegen 248, 2170 Fenstad
The skistadium is located 31 km from Oslo Airport Gardermoen and 65 km from Oslo Central Station. 
Theres is sign to the stadium from road 177 about 9 km from Vormsund and about 13 km from Eidsvoll.

👉 Simple Cafe where you can buy something to eat.
      Thursday 12 am- 3 pm
      Friday, Saturday and Sunday; 1 hour before first start - 30 min after last
      prizeseremoni.
👉 There is no oppertunities for wardrobe or shower at the stadium

💥Local Transport
We recommend having a rental car during the competition period.

💥Accommodation and food
You will have to arrange food and accommodation on your own. Contact the hotels and make your own accommodation bookings. 
Do you arrive with plane the easiest will be a hotel around Gardermoen, there is  hotels in several price ranges. 

The LOC have following agreement with Thon Hotel Oslo Gardermoen; 
- Singel room   pr night     NOK   1 385,-
- Double room  pr night     NOK   2 075,-
- Trippelroom  pr night     NOK   2 865,-
- 4-bed rom     pr night     NOK   3 655,-

The prices includes room, breakfast, lunchpacked, dinner and evening meal

👉 During the competition period there will be an WhatsApp group for the  event. Link to this will be posted here when it’s ready.

👉 Test for fluor will be carried out, so make sure that you have done the right thing for cleaning all your skis for flour.

Entries will be made by Isonen for Norwegian athletes.
Entries for foreigner’s need to be done by the FIS FPDMS system  
Payment for entry fee/rental fee for timing chips will be organized on site at the race office. 
Deadline for entries: 26th January 2024

💥Race office is open; 
Thursday 1st February; 8 am-6 pm
Friday 2nd February; 7 am  - 30 min after last prizeseremoni
Saturday 3rd February; 7 am – 30 min after last prize seremoni
Sunday 4th February; 7 am – 30 min after last prize seremoni

👉 Entry fee and rental fee for timer chip can be paid here
Entry fee: 170 Nok pr race
Rental fee for timer chip: 100 NOK pr race.

Thursday 1st February  6 pm - At the stadium

💥 Wax Cabins/Wax place
👉Price 6500 NOK pr place
     Prices includes parking for 1 car pr waxplace.

Parking and road tax   
There will be some reserved places near the startarea for the Para athletes. Cars with sitting athletes will have the priority. 
Parking tickets is 100 NOK pr day or 300 Thursday-Sunday.

Road tax: The road up to the ski stadium is a tollroad with automatic sign recognition. Road tax is NOK 40. Please see www.youpark.no for payment metods on this tollroad. The name of the tollroad is Kampåvegen

Parkingtickes for ordreded waxplaces wil be delivered by the road barrier on the way to the stadium.

👉 Saturday 3rd February 
09:00: 5 km sitting men and women
09:45:  10k km Free technique Standing/VI men and women
👉 Sunday 4th February 
09:00 10 km Para sitting, men and women 
09:50 10 km Classic  Para standing/VI men and women
            10 km Classic Para junior standing/VI

👉Training times/"open stadium"
Thursday 1st  February: 
10 am-4pm Offical Training
Friday 2nd February: open ca 1 hour after last prize seremoni
Saturday 3rd February: open to 6pm

💥 Prize ceremonies will take place at the stadium ca 20 minutes after last finish in each class.

💥 Participant Insurance
With the issuance of a license to participate in FIS competitions and entry, the National Ski Association confirms that valid and sufficient accident insurance for training and competition is in place for the competitor and assumes full responsibility.
