Use the “Logistics Booking” form to book transport, accommodation, local transport or/and wax cabins for the event.

All costs for transport, accommodation, local transport or/and wax cabins are covered by the nations and are described under the respective tabs on the event's website and in the “Logistics Booking”.

LOC will send information to nations who has booked transport, accommodation, local transport or/and wax cabins in due time before the event.

LOC will also send an invoice for the costs of for transport, local transport or/and wax cabins in due time before the payment deadline expires. Please ensure that the payments are settled before the deadline.

Payment for accommodation from the nations should be made at the respective hotels.
