Prices
- Single room: 190 EUR per night
- Double room: 165 EUR per person per night
- Breakfast, Sports lunch (Pasta or rice - no trad norwegian bread this time!) and dinner included (in hotel restaurant)
- Rooms can be booked from 7th to 14th April 2025

To make the initial reservation, send an email to: magnus.andersen@npolar.no before February 1st 2025.
The email must indicate:
•Federation name.
•Arrival and departure date.
•Number of people and room types.
•Telephone contact.
Conditions
Booking availability until February 1st 2025.
Reservations made later will be confirmed on request.
Reservation Payments:
FIRST PAYMENT: 30% at your confirmation.
SECOND PAYMENT: Rest 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation fees :
Before 30 days your arrival: refund 100% of the total.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: refund 50% of the total.
Less than 15 days before arrival: No Refund.
